Thought of The Day 28

How shall we do this?

I don’t care.

You don’t care?

No, I’ve got a headache.

Ah, didums…

Yeah, thanks, a lot, sometimes you know I would just like to curl up in someone’s warm and loving arms…

Feeling low?

A bit.

Can I help?

Ha!

So, I guess you don’t really feel like talking?

Grunt.

About the film?

Grunt, grunt.

Ah, come on.

What’s the point?

Ooooh, very low. What’s the point of anything?

Beats me.

Pull yourself together.

What?

You heard me!

I can’t.

Yes, you can, or I ‘ll slap you.

Oh, great, no sympathy then?

No way – you have a film review to write.

Go stuff yourself.

That’s no way to talk to me!

Oh no? Go stuff yourself.

Ok, ok, I’ll leave you be – maybe next week we could talk about The Lincoln Lawyer?

Did you see it?

I did.

Me too!

Did you like it?

Yeah, you know - I did.

You sound surprised.

I am, there was enough glitz and hollywoodishness to put me off but in the end I had a great time.

What about the music?

What about it! It was dynamic - right from the opening credits I thought this could be good, hip hop soul.

Despite the reservations?

Yep.

Bit like life then?

Yep.

Good story?

Yep – I like stories.

Main actor?

Yep they had one – he reminded me a bit of Urri Geller – so I was a bit suspicious at first, and he was cold and artificial enough for me not to warm to him but the story sucked me in.

Bit like life?

What?

Sucks you in?

Certainly sucks sometimes.

Sometimes.

Yep.

Shall we leave it there?

Life?

No – this.

Thought of the day, today’s?

Yep.

Yep.

See you.

Hope so.

Shoulders?
Usually.
Conscience, sometimes.

I just love the photo -- great still-life -- though I wish I could discern the elements more clearly, i.e., who is in the poster, what do the words say on the sheet on the easel and on the large sheet in the corner, and what is the large globe made of?

Haven't been to many movies lately so can't comment on The Lincoln Lawyer but I did see Midnight in Paris -- vintage Woody Allen I think. Paris by night was so full of romance.

Hi Mary - the poster is a poster of an Indian Mystic who(m) you can read a bit more about here.

The words on the sheet are some of hers but i didn't note them, i can go back if you like.
Suffice to say they will be mystical.
And in French!
The large globe is wooden.

According to Wikip, Sri Ana ... Ma said:

"Who is it that loves and who that suffers? He alone stages a play with Himself; who exists save Him? The individual suffers because he perceives duality. It is duality which causes all sorrow and grief. Find the One everywhere and in everything and there will be an end to pain and suffering."

I think I agree with her:)

Thanks for the lo-down on the photo elements.
