A Thought of The Day - Diminishing returns

Do you remember last week, you asking if we were going to do EVERYthing we usually do in the blog, but this time just on Sundays?

I DO remember that as being part of our conversation, yes. Why do you ask? Is it important and do I need to answer?

It is. Do you also remember that in 2011, and the year before, come to that, we did a sort of countdown writing?

Yes, in 2010 we started with one word building up each day, and the year after we started with a lot of words and worked down. I think we even did it with pancakes last year.

Well, I was thinking, we COULD do the same thing this year but just in one post. What do you think?

Well, to be really honest, I think it would have been better if you had told me at the beginning.

Why, does it need to be planned? Just let yourself go, move with the flow. Move like a jellyfish!

That is a line from a Jack Johnson song. Have we paid our royalties? Do we owe money?

I hope not, I have none!

Nor have I!

We could credit him, maybe even add a video from Youtube.

Here it is, we can stick it at the end of the post.

It would be neat if the theme of this post linked in some clever way.

Neat, but highly unlikely. Unless, of course, you have an idea, and an inspiration.

What is the song about? It is called Bubble Toes, right? Bubbles? Toes?

That reminds me of a joke I heard just the other day.

Please share it, but good luck fitting it into this countdown.

What do you call an Italian with a rubber foot?

A rubber foot. What exactly are you talking about?

The Italian with a rubber foot, his name.

So, man; one moment, let me think.

I think you know the answer.

Ok, I confess, I do.

Go on, tell me.

Are you ready?

Tell me!

Roberto!

i can lend you a glass.
Or is the water tears?
I found this - it may help, it's from Bill.
“Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak knits up the o-er wrought heart and bids it break.”
