It may be a total co-incidence but the same day that President Obama reached his 100 days in office milestone, this cheque from the United States Treasury arrived in our letterbox.
Previously I had suggested that his election should be judged on what he decides or doesn't decide about Guantanamo Bay, but his decision to repay my wife's overpaid U.S. tax bill could sway my allegiance.
