It is a tradition - here in the Bitsnbobs Musical Advent Calendar Thingy - to somehow mark (admist all the jolly folly) that this is MidWinter's Day.
Solstice.
Shortest Day.
Previously we have done this here and then again here, even better here and last year, here.
Tradition seems to dictate that we should mark this moment with a version of 'in the bleak midwinter'.
Well ....... this blog says Pooohey to Tradition!
BUT - i will post this as close to the Solstice local time here in Bitsnbobs headquarters which - our weather expert informs me is at 11. 44 CET.
And the title is, after all is said and done, Winter.
