All this month of July the editorial staff of Bitsnbobs have shut themselves away in the distant archives. They hope to turn up a few gems, but whatever they find THERE will appear HERE.
I hope one day that you get a chance to visit the archives, they are a magical place.
True, somewhere in their deep centre you will find the swirling waters of the darkest of whirlpools, but if you can resist her pull there is much to discover elsewhere.
Of course, if you are brave enough to dive into the whirlpool's swirling depths you will understand and know everything - but you will be changed beyond all recognition.
It's a dilemma that has driven many of us insane - but as Mrs Penny rightly says; "You don't have to be insane to work here, but by god it helps!"
How else can one explain that it is always, as with the snippet above, only when you have given up searching that you finally find that which you were looking for since so long?
