Yesterday the temperature reached 32 (Celsius), the day before 41 and at night the crickets are still singing so I figure it is still summer; I had a swim in the pond this morning and I’m off for one in a minute.
Yet.
And it’s a big yet – the trees have turned to autumn.
Clearly they are dying of thirst and in a desperate attempt to save themselves they are oranging and yellowing.
