It seems like bags are the theme, though I should probably be writing something about the election in America that seems to have been going on ever since Bush won the last one four years ago.
I am also tempted to mention the Japanese woman who has been arrested for unlawful computer access. It appears that after her acrimonious divorce she went online to her ex’s game account and murdered his avatar.
However it is to bags I find myself turning after being given this one in the local market recently. The stallholder sells trinkets and stuff from the Indian sub continent and has returned from there with an assortment of patiently folded and glued newspaper sheets that make excellent bags.
