Whoosh

The poster for the Aquatic Ballet that i posted a couple or so days ago promised so much but suggested so little.
The artist created an illusion of symphonic proportion whereas in fact the entire structure including pipes, tubes, seating and stage took up only a fraction of what is usually a popular Sunday post market picnic spot .
What announced itself as almost one of the wonders of the world was in essence a large paddling pool with jets and coloured spot lights, and from my own experience of the local water authority's hose pressure the majestically powerful fountains would be most likely municipal.
